End of May Garden Update

This is best shown.  We were gone half of May but came home to a flourishing garden.

Even the soy beans are starting to come in, although because the soil wasn't quite warmed through, they took their time in budding. (This is something I learned from a co-worker, that soil temperature determines when things blossom and ripen.)

We have a lot still to do.  We planted a few more things that we got at the Farmer's Market this past weekend - a replacement jalapeno pepper, another tomato, and some basil; but the herb garden is overrun with mint and pineapple mint, and I need to harvest and leave room for other things.
